2017 Whitney Art Party

| November 15, 2017 | Parties National

Tuesday, November 14, the Whitney Museum of American Art hosted its annual Art Party with co-chairs Zosia Mamet, Natasha Poly, Laura Kim, Fernando Garcia, Michael Carl and Micaela Erlanger. Art Party proceeds benefit the Whitney's Independent Study Program and other education initiatives.

Supermodel Ashley Graham and 2017 Whitney Biennial artist Raúl de Nieves hosted a pre-party dinner that brought together over a hundred celebrities, designers, artists, and Whitney supporters including Nina Dobrev and Victor Cruz.

During the dinner, special guest Young Paris performed. A limited edition lithograph by artist Joe Bradley, who also attended the dinner, was on view. Trisha Baga created one of a kind artwork in collaboration with Birkenstock, which was also on display during the dinner.

Following dinner, guests joined the Art Party downstairs for a DJ set by The Misshapes.
