Kravitz Design reveals a newly available penthouse in Nolita.
Hues of blue complement the relaxed color palette throughout.
75 Kenmare recently unveiled Penthouse B, a luxury condo space located downtown in Nolita on the corner of Mulberry and Kenmare streets. The interior of the penthouse was designed by Kravitz Design, founded by Lenny Kravitz, making it the first New York City luxury condo with interiors by the firm.
Eclectic decor marks the space with Kravitz’s signature touch.
Kravitz Design created a space centered around a polished Nolita style, with an elegant and contemporary feel. The architect of 75 Kenmare is Manhattan-based Andre Kikoski, winner of the James Beard Foundation Award for Outstanding Restaurant Design in 2010. Like Kravitz, Kikoski wanted the building to complement the expression of the neighborhood while bringing a sense of modern elegance.
Large windows welcome natural light into the bedroom.
Penthouse B is 2,108 square feet with private entries on the sixth, seventh and eighth floors of 75 Kenmare. The duplex has three bedrooms and 2 ½ bathrooms. There is also a living room, a dining space and a luxury kitchen with mattewhite cabinetry and two integrated oak-paneled refrigerators. The exterior is 1,150 square feet with a private terrace connected to the main floor as well as a private rooftop.
The penthouse’s interior features furniture by French furnishings brand Ligne Roset, as well as exclusive photographs by Nathan Myhrvold, the former CTO of Microsoft. This will be the first time Myhrvold’s photos will be displayed in New York City. The space boasts enviable amenities such as a rain shower paired with heated floors and walls in the primary bathroom, as well as oversized, custom-designed casement windows throughout the unit. $7.695 million, 75 Kenmare St., Penthouse B, 75kenmare.com
