Artworks, flowers and pops of green and gold encompass the interior design of CoCo J’Adore.

New York restaurateur Mario Carta, who has already made a name for himself in the city with popular spots Chouchou and Pardon My French, is embarking upon a new adventure with modern bistro CoCo J’Adore. This Parisian restaurant in the Meatpacking District delivers an elevated bistronomie experience with a twist to traditional French cuisine. From frog legs dipped in the tonnata sauce to escargots with toasted baguette on the side, the restaurant offers a variety of French favorites, as well as sumptuous seafood dishes such as scallops with pink pepper chips and octopus with black ink potato. Inspired by European culture, head chef Simone Venturini creates an eclectic menu that includes Russian caviar, gnocchi in a braised rabbit ragout and vegetarian risotto with ricotta and pistachio. Upon entry, patrons are welcomed with a floor-to-ceiling wall of pale pink roses. The luxurious yet inviting interior consists of sea-green velvet booths with gold accents, upholstered armchairs and mod brass fixtures. Without the need to hop from one place to another, customers can fully enjoy the evening at the bistro from aperitif at the bar to a DJ set after dinner. 1 Little W. 12th St, cocorestaurantnyc.com
