ACS 100th Anniversary

The American Cancer Society’s One Centennial Sensation, hosted a tribute to the legendary composer Marvin Hamlisch, on Monday, June 3rd. The evening marked the Society’s 100th birthday, which also happened to be the day after Hamlisch would have been 69th. As part of the Tribute, the Society presented the first Marvin Hamlisch Memorial Award to Michael Douglas who is a survivor of 4th stage throat cancer.
