Vegan and organic Farmacy Kitchen brings its Instagram-worthy food into Soho for a residency running through February in the Chefs Club Counter, a restaurant that invites chefs from all over the world to take over the kitchen. Farmacy Kitchen founder Camilla Fayed combines a chic interior with a wellness-oriented menu in her restaurants. Start your day with the berry smoothie bowl made with housemade cashew “yogurt,” topped with hemp seeds and berries. For lunch or dinner, don’t miss the healthy mac n cheese (a rice pasta dish served in a truffled “cheese” sauce with crumbled sage on top). For drinks, patrons can choose from a wide range of Farmaceutical teas such as the Heart Chakra or the fresh mint and lemon verbena and specialty hot drinks, including a Farmacy hot chocolate. The menu takes a nod from Fayed’s passion for the healing powers of plant-based diets. Her fervor for natural and biodynamic farming with her belief in the healing powers of a plant-based diet led her to start Farmacy Kitchen. She says, “I believe that chefs and restaurants of the future must coexist with nature and constantly challenge food conventions to show how you can connect with nature even in the most urban environments.” Chefs Club Counter, 62 Spring St., farmacylondon.com
