THE PARTY Manhattan joined forces with Lincoln and some of the hottest chefs in town to support the Food Bank for New York City and raise a glass of Ferrari prosecco to toast its third annual restaurant issue. THE PLAYERS Aquavit’s Marcus Jernmark chatted about his crayfish roll with food critic Adeena Sussman. Meanwhile, chef Sisha Ortúzar doled out hamachi with watermelon, charred chilies, lime and basil, and chef Fabio Capparelli revealed the secret ingredient in his short ribs: Maker’s Mark. OVERHEARD “I think some guests feel a little weird about coming back for another helping—but it’s flattering. I like to see a familiar face.” –chef Harold Moore
