Legendary pastry chef Francois Payard hosted a book signing of his visually stunning new book, Payard Desserts. Held at the Christofle boutique on the Upper East Side, 50 guests sipped prosecco and nibbled on sweet treats by Francois, himself. Just in time for the holiday season, guests were able to purchase the book and have it signed, making for the perfect gift.
