The real estate market in New York City has had a year to remember.

Important Things To Consider

**If you were to combine the two lists, Brooklyn doesn't crack the top 10 residential closed deals for 2021 so far which is why there is a separate list.

**This includes ALL closed residential deals during 2021, meaning it includes off-market deals as well since those get an ACRIS (public records) filing.

**These are closed residential deals YTD-- January 1, 2021-December 9.

**These do not include multi-family or commercial closings, only residential sales.

**Both UrbanDigs and Streeteasy links are included so you can cross-reference if needed.
