With 34 locations internationally, it’s no surprise that Aman is joining the ranks of luxury hotels in New York City. Located in The Crown Building on 57th Street and Fifth Avenue, this 26-story hotel features towering views of Central Park and New York City’s skyline. Starting in April 2021, guests will be able to get away from the fast-paced city life to a luxury retreat in Bethel, N.Y. The Chatwal Lodge is a 60-acre property located within the 2,500-acre Chapin Estate, a gated residential community. It will feature grand pine wood detailing sourced directly from the surrounding landscape. Set to open in early 2021, the brand-new hotel is located in the heart of Nomad. Between the reconstructed 115-year-old bank and the newly constructed 230-foot-tall conjoining building, the 24-story hotel will feature more than 280 hotel rooms, as well as an extra 24 rooms, which are being dubbed the Mansion. The hotel will feature two outdoor rooftop bars, an array of restaurant options spanning multiple floors and a wine cellar made from a converted bank vault. The former Royal Suite at the Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown has been renovated by acclaimed British designer Tara Bernerd and renamed the Empire Suite, now open for reservations.
