The founder of brand-building Alise Collective (alisecollective.com) and co-founder of new Tribecca fitness studio The Ness (thenessnyc.com) is always on the move.

My interest in wellness was first sparked by starting my own company and trying to find a sense of balance. Wellness was part of my daily lifestyle, but it wasn’t part of my career focus.

My go-to superfood is matcha.

Adaptogenic mushrooms are the new kale.

When I get off my wellness routine, all I need to do is get a good night’s sleep.

My secret to staying healthy while traveling is lots of water and Well Told Health antioxidant boosters.

The wellnes guru I really admire and follow is Dr. [Richard] Firshein because he helped me discover allergies and sensitivities that I didn’t even realize I was suffering from.

Every day I practice self-care by taking a deep breath after the workday, lighting a Sunday Forever 11:11 candle, putting on some sort of skincare product and filling my diffuser with essential oils.

When it comes to working out, I love to take bounce and sculpt classes at The Ness.
