My interest in wellness was first sparked by starting my own company and trying to find a sense of balance. Wellness was part of my daily lifestyle, but it wasn’t part of my career focus.
My go-to superfood is matcha.

Every day I practice self-care by taking a deep breath after the workday, lighting a Sunday Forever 11:11 candle, putting on some sort of skincare product and filling my diffuser with essential oils.
When it comes to working out, I love to take bounce and sculpt classes at The Ness.
