From Palm Beach to New York and the Hamptons, suddenly Isaac Boots is burning it up everywhere. The Hawaii-born celebrity trainer seems to have endless energy and is behind some of the hottest bods from coast to coast—think Kelly Ripa, Vanessa Hudgens, Naomi Watts and Gwyneth Paltrow... not to mention any social swan worth her salt. A former Broadway dancer, Boots’ in-hot- demand Torch’d workouts burn fat, build stamina and—most of all—deliver real results that keep his fervent fans coming back for more. During the pandemic, the powerhouse raised over $1 million for No Kid Hungry after asking his followers to donate. The man clearly knows how to get things moving, so we polled the fierce fitness pro for an inside look.
