On Wednesday, June 22nd, IVY members gathered at MEET for a talk session with renowned sports medicine physician, best-selling author and fitness expert Dr. Jordan Metzl, moderated by Liz Plosser Deputy Editor, Self Magazine. IVY members kicked off the evening with welcome drinks and light refreshments. Dr. Metzl captivated the crowd as he shared his knowledge on health, exercise and medicine.
