On Monday, February 27th, IVY members gathered at Drexler's for a special IVY Whisky Tasting & Food Pairing Workshop, featuring selections from the distinguished Bowmore Scotch and Laphroaig Whisky. Before the workshop, members kicked off the evening with cocktails and lively conversation. Expert Master of Whisky, Simon Brooking, taught guests how to identify the expressive aromas and flavor profiles of the world’s richest spirit and how best to pair them with their favorite foods. Simon, closed the evening with the epic Bowmore Oyster Luge.
