Hair expert Oscar Blandi
Oscar Blandi made a name for himself in hotels: His first hair salon was in The Plaza in 1998. Since then, he has expanded his thriving salon business to its current location at 545 Madison Ave. and styled celebrity clientele including Jennifer Garner, Jessica Alba and Jimmy Fallon.
Two decades later, he is bringing his services back to the luxury hotel scene as part of a collaboration with Mr. C Seaport hotel. Guests of the hotel can choose from a variety of beauty services including a personalized blow-out based on their hair textures ($150), a mani/pedi ($165) and a makeup session with custom-blended foundation and lashes ($250). The celebrity hairstylist also offers bridal services for the big day ($850).
All treatments can be enjoyed from the comfort of the luxe, modernly designed suites with panoramic balcony views of the nearby East River, Brooklyn Bridge and New York skyline.
