On Friday, May 15th, PROPERTY celebrated the opening of its flagship showroom in Tribeca at 57 Walker Street. Previously located in Soho at 14 Wooster Street for 15 years, PROPERTY has moved to an airy, two level, 4000 sq. ft. loft in a cast iron building. The chic, European-American mother and daughter team of Sabrina Schilcher and Ondine Harris chose this space because “it was perfect to showcase our carefully selected exclusive lines from around the globe including limited editions, vintage furniture, object d’art and high-design jewelry”.
Founded in 1999, PROPERTY is a destination in the architecture and design community that has become a lifestyle brand. PROPERTY has been the long time resource to architects and designers sourcing from its comprehensive range of collections for their residential, commercial and hotel projects, as well as prop stylists for film and editorial productions, and retail customers. Proprietors Sabrina Schilcher and Ondine Harris have collaborated with prominent architects and interior designers on high-end residential projects, hotel and store renovations such as the Morgans Hotel Group, Starwood Luxury Collection, Kimpton Hotel Group, Trump World Tower, and and more.
