On Wednesday, December 2nd, IVY members gathered for an inspiring talk on the Science of Happiness, Health and Habits featuring Gretchen Rubin, the bestselling author of several books including the blockbuster New York Times bestseller The Happiness Project. Gretchen shared anecdotes and insights from her most recent book, Better than Before, an in-depth look into how to break bad habits, form excellent habits, and optimize our lives for happiness. Members and their guests enjoyed a wine reception courtesy of Dark Horse before and after the event, and Gretchen signed copies of her book.
