Gucci & the Cinema Society with the Film Foundation Host a Screening of La Dolce Vita at the Tribeca Grand THE PARTY Martin Scorsese unveiled a new print of Federico Fellini’s 1960 classic about the glitz and glamour of ’50s Rome, which his Film Foundation (with support from Gucci) painstakingly restored to near-perfection. THE PLAYERS Emily Mortimer, Ben Kingsley and Josh Hartnett were among the big-screen talents who came to see the movie Scorsese described as “an international contribution to our culture”—and perhaps get a word in with the accomplished filmmaker presenting it. WHERE TO NEXT The Top of the Standard for the after-party, where, in a swirl of Champagne and designer dresses, the likes of Leelee Sobieski and Adrien Brody re-enacted the bacchanalia depicted in the film—but only up to a point.
