Brought back to life by some of the most coveted names in NYC hospitality, Temple Bar emphasizes the revival of Manhattan nights with a hint of downtown style from partners David Rabin (JIMMY, American Bar, SONA, Veranda, The Lamb’s Club, Lotus, Double 7), Maneesh Goyal (SONA, Pineapple Co.), Michael McIlroy (Attaboy) and Sam Ross (Attaboy).
A ton of big-names from the fashion world join Temple Bar fairly regularly including Cara Delevingne, Anna Taylor-Joy, Sienna Miller, Nicky Hilton, Emily Ratajkowski, Carly Cushnie, Mark Ronson, Selby Drummond, Ivan Bart, Kid Cudi, Aurora James, Grace Gummer, Eva Chen, Bruce Bozzi, Heather Graham, Sophie Turner, Mira Moretti, among others.
At the reimagined Temple Bar, designer Melissa Bowers took the original old world - mahogany wood and carpeted back room where wine, whisky, and unfiltered cigarettes used to be, and updated it slightly without losing its inherent nostalgia.
The new Temple Bar brings the vibe, ambiance, and the atypical mood where tradition and refinement blend with a touch of new modern.
The emerald green velvet drapes, green leather banquettes, along with a disco ball, revive the comfort and intimacy of the past, while looking towards a better future.
