The Frick Young Fellows Ball

The next generation gathered for The Frick Young Fellows Ball.

THE PARTY The Frick Young Fellows Ball brought together Manhattan’s budding elite at the storied museum. THE SCENE Over 600 guests gathered in the elegant Garden Court for cocktails and hors d’oeuvres before kicking up their heels in the Music Room to tracks spun by DJ Allison Kinney. The theme for the evening’s benefit, Turner by Moonlight, was inspired by the museum’s special exhibition, Turner’s Modern and Ancient Ports: Passages through Time. Evening sponsor Carolina Herrera dressed the chairs while guests donned shades of midnight blue, silver and gold to go along with the “luminescent” black-tie dress code. THE HIGHLIGHTS A nod to Turner’s moonlit port scene in the Frick’s current exhibition, ethereal clouds projected across the museum’s ceilings, casting a magical spell on all. -Jennifer Cohen
