The New 42nd Street Gala

On Monday, April 11th, New 42nd Street celebrated its 25th Anniversary Gala honoring Douglas Durst, Bruce Ratner, Daniel Tishman and Mortimer Zuckerman. As well as New 42nd Street President and New Victory Arts Award Recipient Cora Cahan, along with Sarah Jessica Parker, Karen Ziemba, Tiler Peck, Bill Irwin, Susan Stroman, Damian Woetzel, Mark Linn-Baker, Kate Reinders and Tony Yazbeck.

New 42nd Street Gala raised fund in support of the New Victory Theater for its artistic and education programs, which each year bring a season of theater, dance, music, circus and puppetry to NYC audiences. New Victory Theater also provides the opportunity for 40,000 NYC schoolkids to attend shows at little to no cost to them or their schools, as well as to receive free classroom workshops from a team of New Victory Teaching Artists.
