The NYSPCC's Sixth Annual Spring Luncheon

| April 24, 2017 | Parties

On Wednesday, April 19th, The New York Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (The NYSPCC) hosted its Sixth Annual Spring Luncheon at The Pierre Hotel to raise awareness surrounding National Child Abuse Prevention Month. The renowned attorney portrayed in the Oscar-winning film Spotlight, Eric MacLeish, was this year's guest speaker. He was honored for his past work defending hundreds of victims of sexual abuse against the Archdiocese of Boston.

The annual luncheon is held each year to raise funds for The NYSPCC Trauma Recovery and Safe Touches programs, which help in the prevention and treatment of child abuse.
