Located in Seaport, Tin Building boasts six full-service restaurants, six quick-service counters, four bars, tons of retail and private dining options. Roman and Williams Buildings and Interiors carefully reimagined all 53,000 square feet of the market alongside Jean-Georges’ curation.
Both floors of Tin Building reference the rich history of Seaport. The Central Market offers an array of locally sourced seafood, meats, cheeses, fresh produce and specialty items. The retail offerings include Mercantile, a dry goods shop featuring a new range of Jean-Georges branded products, Mercantile East, an Asian food boutique with over 500 menu offerings, and Spoiled Parrot, a sweets shop full of candies and confections.
Restaurant options range from a French brasserie to high-end Chinese cuisine, with plenty of seafood available to honor Seaport’s roots. As one of two surviving major structures of Fulton Fish Market, Tin Building was carefully curated to honor the 1920s and ‘30s, when the site was at its heyday.
Tin Building is currently open for limited summer preview hours Thursday through Sunday, 12-5PM at 96 South Street at Pier 17.
