Tucked away inside The Carlyle lies Manhattan’s newest fountain of youth—the U.S.’ debut flagship for Swiss skincare brand Valmont and its jewel-box Valmont Spa.
The newly unveiled Valmont Spa at The Carlyle is located on the third floor of the hotel, next to the posh Yves Durif Salon, where guests can enjoy the Swiss skincare brand’s innovative treatments.
To make it in Manhattan, a tony address is always best. Leave it to Swiss skincare brand Valmont to make a grand entrance unveiling its debut U.S. flagship at one of the most posh spots in town, The Carlyle. “The Carlyle is one of the most esteemed hotels in the world with an address just steps away from Madison Avenue and Manhattan’s world-class art galleries, museums and luxury retail shopping—the perfect fit for our beauty and art pillars,” says Cedric Roget, president of Valmont North America. “Valmont aligns itself with the best five-star properties all over the world, and we are delighted to call The Carlyle our new home in the United States.”
The flagship store is on the ground floor of The Carlyle, while an intimate spa is perched on the third floor of the iconic hotel. Catering to an elite crowd ranging from local luminaries and Hollywood superstars to global dignitaries and royalty, the landmark hotel’s guests will find a luxuriously curated offering of rare gems like L’Elixir des Glaciers skincare and the Storie Veneziane fragrance collections. The sophisticated space sparkles with equally luxe decor to match—think custom Murano glass lighting fixtures from Venetian artist and longtime Valmont collaborator Aristide Najean, mixed with works by contemporary American artists Sol LeWitt, Mark Tobey and Woodrow Nash personally selected by creative director, owner and artist Didier Guillon. Interactive experiences and personal skincare consultations will keep the boutique buzzing, no doubt.

“The New Yorker is the most incredible type of personality as they constantly juggle work, family and social life in the 24-hour city that never sleeps. At Valmont, we want to celebrate and serve these hardworking clients by offering them the most effective anti-aging products and wellness treatments,” says Sophie Vann-Guillon, president of Valmont Group. “La Maison Valmont is an escape from their busy lives where they will be pampered, cherished and rejuvenated with our unique Swiss techniques to take on the world!” 35 E. 76th St.
