Quick direct flights from the US. The world’s best beaches. Award-winning dining. Incredible adventure activities. Yes, it’s clear why Bermuda is one of the world’s top luxury destinations.

Ready for 72 hours of perfection? Here’s our primer on how to experience all the best parts of this stunning island getaway.

Day 1

After an early flight to the island, pick up an electric vehicle at Rugged Rentals so you can cruise around Bermuda in style. Rugged Rentals, located near the airport in St. George’s, has fun rental options available for visitors, including a mini Hummer.

First stop in your new ride? An early lunch at the exquisite Huckleberry Restaurant.

Huckleberry, the Rosedon Hotel’s elevated dining experience, is a Relais & Châteaux restaurant that serves sea-and-farm-to-table dishes. Not only will you find locally sourced organic produce, meats and sustainable seafood at this lovely outdoor destination, but you just might find some of Huckleberry’s own garden-grown vegetables, fruits and herbs (and even edible flowers) on your plate.

Next? The beach, of course. Bermuda is home to some of the world’s greatest beaches, so now it’s time to sink your toes into the legendary pink sand. Hop in your electric car and start searching for the beach of your dreams. (Trust us, there are a lot to choose from!) Beach lovers adore the island’s South Shore, home to Horseshoe Bay, which has a beach bar serving food and drinks, towels and chairs for rent, and even caves to explore.

End your glorious first day with cocktails and dinner at Harry's at the Waterfront or Harbourfront, both overlooking Hamilton Harbour. Bask in the island’s beauty, and try the island’s iconic signature Dark ‘n Stormy® cocktail.

Day 2

Grab a delicious coffee at Devil’s Isle Cafe, known for its beans sourced from around the globe and hand-roasted right in Bermuda. Espresso, cold brew, pour-over coffee and even coffee-spiked cocktails are among the caffeinated options available at Devil’s Isle. Or order breakfast from the restaurant's inventive menu, featuring wholesome ingredients from local organic farmers and high-integrity ranchers. The Breakfast Burrito and Breakfast Salad Bowl are island favorites.

Now it’s time to shop! (You didn’t think we would forget shopping, did you? Not a chance!)

Delle_Valle-4.jpgDella Valle Handmade Sandals

Check out Della Valle, where you can get a pair of Italian sandals custom made for your feet and wear them that same day. Or, visit the charming Urban Cottage for new and vintage gifts and items for your home. For another piece of the island to take home with you, visit the Alexandra Mosher Studio, where Mosher sets rosy-hued grains of Bermuda’s pink sand in resin and mounts them like gemstones into wax-cast gold and silver, creating jewelry like pendants, earrings and cufflinks.

Celebrate a successful shopping trip with a traditional Afternoon Tea. One of the most popular tea time spots is the Crown & Anchor at the Hamilton Princess & Beach Club. The restaurant overlooks picturesque landscaped gardens, putting a modern spin on this favorite pastime. The presentation is impeccable, with servers offering tiered, three-foot-high silver trays filled with homemade pastries and steaming pots in a bright and airy setting.

The perfect end to Day 2 is a sunset sail on the Zara, the largest and most luxurious charter boat in Bermuda.

Day 3

Port Royal Golf Course

There are two fabulous options to begin your last day in paradise.

First choice? Start your day with an early round of golf on one of Bermuda’s legendary golf courses. Bermuda boasts the highest concentration of golf courses per square mile in the world, with seven courses draped over its 21 square miles. Tee off on pristine greens by blue waters.

Or nourish your mind at the Masterworks Museum of Bermuda Art, where you can get a behind-the-scenes tour and gaze upon pieces from the likes of O’Keeffe and Wyeth. Learn how these famous artists were inspired by the landscapes of Bermuda and the unique warmth and culture of Bermuda’s people.

Ready to get back outside? Explore the adjacent 35-acre Botanical Gardens. Enjoy a plethora of flora, shrubs, trees and plantations around the grounds, finishing with a tour of Camden House, the official residence of the Premier of Bermuda.

If your golf game or cultural immersion worked up an appetite, next try one of Bermuda’s most unique offerings for lunch: The Eettafel Luxury Picnic is a chic luxury picnic purveyor. This all-inclusive picnic service helps you find the best setting and meal to really experience the beauty of Bermuda.

After a long, leisurely lunch, end your day with a one-of-a-kind underground spa treatment at Natura Cave Spa, where the offerings include everything from facials to body wraps to massages — all using organic products, like Dead Sea salt infused with herbs and citrus essential oils. Be prepared to experience bliss.
